My goddaughter recommended that I watch a series called ‘Chef’s Table’. Reluctantly, I watched it for the first time, and now I’m on the sixth episode.
I had to meet this fascinating man. Now that I have, he has not disappointed me.
It was worth travelling all the way from New York City to spend time with the great Corrado.

There are three things I cannot resist – delicious food, intense passion and beautiful stories. For me, cooking for others combines all three.
I love cooking, and I love sharing this joy with many others.
Food is connection. Connection between people – strangers and loved ones – connection between nostalgia and tradition, connection with the earth and connection with the mind.
Thank you for sharing your story with the world and for spending time with my family today.
I feel so lucky to have met you in person after watching your story on Netflix seven times.
You inspire me to never stop cultivating my passions, not just culinary ones.
