The parrot does not exclude.
It welcomes and embraces. The parrot understands.
It does not exclude colours, sounds and shapes. Nor does it exclude languages, origins, customs and traditions, beliefs, cultures, widespread or bizarre habits.
It embraces orientations, behaviours, desires, intimate or public religions, or the lack thereof.
It brings together textures, tastes, needs, aromas, flavours and smells.
It does not exclude garlic when there is onion, it does not always drink white wine with fish and red wine with meat, and it does not always drink from a glass.
It accepts people wearing boxer shorts, underpants or nothing at all; it accepts those who drink tea with coffee and eat bread with potatoes, pasta and rice.
It welcomes all diversity, it welcomes all possibilities.
The parrot is a social and sociable animal.
It should be kept in company. Before consuming it, keep it by your side in a comfortable environment. If consumed at the right temperature, it will reward you with the right consistency and lots of aroma.
Don’t make it wait too long. We waited to entrust it to you in the best conditions, so take good care of it.
